I had really been looking forward to Easter Sunday on this wide expanse of Pacific.  I had often heard about holidays on The JR and this was my opportunity for first-hand experience.

We left Ponta Delgada and the Azores behind... This morning, while on the Bridge Deck, I realized that one of the coolest things of being assigned to work on the 6AM to 6PM shift is being able to watch the sunrise everyday.
