Today in the morning we had 2  exciting presentations on :

– Logging measurements and tools used on the JR, by Angela Slagle, Columbia University .

– Global synchroneity of sea level and currents, by Gregor Eberli co-chief Scientist, Miami University.

Otherwise the scientists are  still refining laboratory procedures and the

shipboard sampling plans. They are also discussing post expedition research plans .

The way is long to the Maldives but never boring!

We have had already several birthday parties and activities are offered like electronic or …salsa class .
