Mahi Mahi ?

While we continue our scientific operations at site U1456C and drilling in full swing is underway, whatever little breather we get is always refreshing and enjoyable.

This morning I had the opportunity to follow a family of Mahi-Mahi (the common dolphin fish) with their acrobatic moves just below the surface water around  JOIDES Resolution. It also gave us a glimpse of what it would feel like if we were inside a zoo and the fish were staring at us – the strangers -from outside. Interesting! isn’t it?
