The JR has just completed Expedition 339 and is heading into a maintenance period for approximately three weeks. When it returns, it will embark on Expedition 340T: Atlantis Massif. During this mini-expedition, you will be able to follow along as our winning J/aRt sculptures are lowered to the seafloor! You can see them here<.
Are you going to the national NSTA in March? We are! We will be in Indianapolis with a booth, and a number of workshops and share-a-thons. Let us know if you’ll be there too, or stop by our booth. More details to come!
Have you signed up for a live video broadcast with the JR yet? If not, you should! These 30-40 minute Skype sessions are live from the ship and give you and your students a chance to interact with scientists and staff on board. It’s easy to sign up and we can tailor it just for your group. Learn more here<.
