Drifters in the Deep

Nicole, Jean-Luc and Susan launched a satellite tracked drifter on Christmas Day (hence the frocks). It will enable us to see which the prevailing currents are. Today it has traveled 200km from the JR in a northwest direction in the equatorial current.
