Here we go!  It is hard to decide what to pack for two months onboard a working research vessel.  You need to make sure you have enough shampoo, soap, and underwear!  Students from all over San Diego and places beyond have sent me decorated styrofoam cups and a few heads to take on the expedition, as well.  These will be sent to the bottom of the ocean where the great pressure will smoosh them into miniatures!  Think about the animals that live at the bottom of the sea…
