Fouling Frigate Birds.
My afternoon sunbathe on the steal beach was interrupted when a Greater Frigate bird dropped guano on my shoulder, good shot! These large birds circle the JR, soaring just over our heads, riding effortlessly on the warm updrafts, then, with a slight change in wing angle, launch an attack on an unsuspecting fish. They are capable of remaining aerial for a week but enjoy a birds eye view of the ocean from the derrick 62m up.
