Cleaning the Labs

Scientists working in a lab can create some messy conditions. Yesterday and today are being devoted to cleaning up all of the labs on the ship so that the next group of scientists will be able to at least start with an organized and neat environment. Not to say that it will remain that way. Everything, equipment, benches, even floors, are being washed and readied while the JR continues on its journey to New Zealand. The seas are a lot calmer and we are picking up speed as the wind is not hitting us from the side anymore; the big rolls have stopped.

I have posted some before and after photos of some of the labs.
