Dumbo Octopus caught on film!
Yesterday the re-entry camera was coming up from the bottom of the ocean and it caught footage of a Dumbo octopus Grimpoteuthis sp.. These unique cephalopods live in the deep sea. Their ear like appendages flap as they swim hence the knick name! Â It is very rare to see them swimming in the wild. We feel lucky to have caught one on film!
